Nothing 2 Wear was born one chilly November morning in Toronto when I realized that I had NOTHING to wear. I know, I know, that's not really a thing. But you have to understand my shopping habits in order to find the truth in that statement.
I have a serious accessory addiction!!! Shoes, scarves, jewelry, hats, belts, bags and even lip stick and nail polish are my main obsessions. Some people drool over cashmere coats in the winter but this girl right here spends most of her time hunting down the newest matte lipstick and figuring out which shoes will match. That's exactly what I was doing back in November 2012 when I started this blog.
My whole world is combining designer shoes and accessories with sorta-affordable clothing. The result of all this accessory obsessing leaves me little cash left to spend on clothes, and more often than not very little to wear. Or, NOTHING TO WEAR!
To make matters worse when I do force myself to purchase clothing I never bring home anything "normal". I gravitate towards bright patterns, animal graphics and anything in perforated leather. A good horsey pattern is high on my list of go-to patterns. Not the most practical of items, yet my closet is full of them. Not surprisingly, my dream and main goal in life is to wear head to toe Moschino every single day.
So, even though I may be a hoarder I hope you can join me back here a few times a week as I discuss my detest for grey sweaters, black dress pants and anything pink! Don't get me started on pink!!!
P.S in case you're wondering about my bio, I'm a 32 year old married Torontonian. I have a brand spankin new baby daughter who I sometimes bring to fashion events in Toronto. I come from an Italian family, I have two Dalmatians which you may spot now and then on my blog since I love to exploit them. I am a law grad, food enthusiast (my brother is a chef), and world traveler.
But most of all, I' m an amateur fashion writer, and a professional fashion collector.
Please feel free to
