Summer Whites

Wearing white is not for everyone. There are rules such as not before Memorial Day and not after Labor Day. There are regulations such as don't eat Ketchup and don't sit ANYWHERE. Some also think white accessories are tacky and that head to toe white looks are best left for brides. I don't agree with any of that, in fact I make it a point to break all of those so called rules. This summer I practically lived in this striped Joe Fresh dress and this Topshop blazer, often paring them together as pictured here. I also carried a white bag for most of the summer which I'll admit was a bit risky. My only rule with summer whites is to add a bit of color. Other than that don't be afraid to wear white. If the notion of wearing several pieces together scares you start off with a bag or a blazer.
